About This Research
This research was conducted as part of the French Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFI) Young Talents Program, Cohort 2025. The program brought together 20 young professionals from France and India to examine the path from Paris 2024 to a potential India 2036 Olympic bid.
The methodology involved qualitative interviews with key stakeholders including Paris 2024 organizing committee members, Indian government officials, sports diplomats, and professional athletes. The findings have been synthesized into actionable recommendations across multiple domains including security, technology, operations, legacy planning, and athlete experience.
